Terms of use
Preliminary version. It describes the actual state of the service on the date shown and is pending legal review before Citoo is offered commercially.
These terms apply to citoo.net and to the business subdomains Citoo operates. Citoo lets you verify email, choose a plan and create a business space with a catalogue, admin dashboard, public booking and internal calendar.
The service
Citoo is software for service businesses that brings together the catalogue, staff, calendar, public booking and inventory. Available features and their limits depend on the active plan and business configuration.
Access and accounts
Public sign-up may be enabled or disabled by operations. When enabled, it requires email verification before reserving a subdomain, creating an order or provisioning a business.
If you have an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for telling us if you believe someone else knows them.
Payments
Paid plans are purchased as a one-time payment for the term shown in the catalogue; they are not automatic subscriptions. Checkout takes place on Mercado Pago and Citoo grants access only after verifying payment directly with the provider.
Acceptable use
When using the site, you agree not to:
- try to reach another business’s data or areas you are not authorised for;
- interfere with the service or probe it with large-scale automation;
- use the site for unlawful activity.
Availability and warranties
The service is provided “as is” and may have maintenance periods, interruptions or changes. Unless expressly agreed in writing, we do not promise a specific service level.
Changes to these terms
We may update this text. The date of the last revision appears at the top of the page; relevant changes will be communicated to account holders.
