Terms of use
Preliminary version. It describes the actual state of the service on the date shown and is pending legal review before Citoo is offered commercially.
These terms apply to citoo.net and to the business subdomains Citoo operates. Citoo is under development: you cannot create an account on your own today, no payments are accepted, and there is no working booking service.
What Citoo is today
Citoo is a software project for service businesses. What is published today is informational: it describes what is being built and lets you contact us.
Booking, inventory, service catalog, reminders and reports are not implemented yet. When they exist, these terms will be updated before they are offered.
Access and accounts
There is no open sign-up. Existing accounts are created manually for development and testing, and may be removed or reset without notice while the product is at this stage.
If you have an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for telling us if you believe someone else knows them.
Payments
No payments or subscriptions are charged. Prices shown on the site are planned and may change before launch; publishing them is not an offer.
Acceptable use
When using the site, you agree not to:
- try to reach another business’s data or areas you are not authorised for;
- interfere with the service or probe it with large-scale automation;
- use the site for unlawful activity.
Availability and warranties
The service is provided “as is”, with no availability commitment. Because it is under development, it may be interrupted, changed or discontinued. We do not promise a service level or data retention at this stage.
Changes to these terms
We may update this text. The date of the last revision appears at the top of the page; relevant changes will be communicated to account holders.
